Delivery Options

Free standard UK delivery on orders £50+

You have two delivery options:


Standard UK delivery (Tracked 48): £3.95 - 3-5 working days; or
Express UK delivery (Tracked 24): £5.95 - 1-2 working days (order before 1pm, not guaranteed)

Processing Time

We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.  Orders received over the weekend will be prioritised for dispatch on Monday. Once your payment is processed, you can expect your parcel within 3-5 working days, or sooner if you choose the Express delivery option.


Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy times.

Tracking your order

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for tracking details, which will allow you to monitor your parcel's delivery status. Keep in mind that Royal Mail 48 only provides tracking updates once a delivery attempt has been made.

If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you can't find your parcel, please check your safe places, and ask your neighbours. If you still can't locate your parcel, contact us at hello@tiiglu.com  for assistance.

Please note that postal service providers may occasionally encounter issues beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions.

Ensure a correct delivery address and shipping information

Please ensure that the delivery address and shipping information you provide when placing your order are accurate. We are not responsible for any errors in the information you enter.

If you select a safe place for delivery, that is your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss if you request a third-party delivery service to leave your parcel in a place other than handing it to a responsible person at the address specified in your order.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we are not shipping internationally at this stage.

We strive to make our customers happy, but we understand that sometimes issues can arise that lead to dissatisfaction.
We may accept returns or exchanges of products purchased directly from Tiiglu® through our website www.tiiglu.com.

You received the order, but you have changed your mind

Please contact us at hello@tiiglu.com, within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with return instructions.  Please include your order number and a reason for the return. Should you fail to return the goods or returning goods without prior arrangement with us, we will not be in a position to process a refund or replacement.

We will only accept unopened products in a condition which will enable us to re-sell the returned goods. Please ensure that the goods for return are protected by using the original packaging or a suitable alternative. We also advise that you use a secure and reliable delivery method and retain proof of postage.

You will be responsible for the return package and all postage costs associated with the return are for your account. Returned goods need to reach us within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the return.

We will process your returns as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receipt. We will process a credit, using your original payment method.

Refunds for products bought as gifts can only be issued to original purchaser of the products.

You received the order, but it is the wrong item or the products are damaged or defective

Please contact us at hello@tiiglu.com as soon as you become aware that you have received the wrong item or the products are damaged/defective and we will provide you with return instructions. Please ensure you notify us and return the goods within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please include your order number, a description and picture of the incorrect item or damaged/defective goods.

Should you fail to return the goods or returning goods without prior arrangement with us, we will not be in a position to process a refund or replacement.

We will process a credit, using your original payment method, or send you a replacement, conditional upon us being satisfied that the wrong item(s) were sent to you as a result of an error on our part or the goods are damaged/defective and the damage/defects have not been caused by mishandling or incorrect storage.

We will not be responsible for covering any other damage or loss over and above refunding or replacing the incorrect item or damaged/defective products (including the original shipping costs paid by you).  In the event that the damage or defects were caused by an error on our part, we will also refund you for the return shipping costs, limited to an amount similar to the costs indicated on our website for the goods in question.

We will process your returns within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
