Tiiglu® is proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. The Leaping Bunny is the best assurance that a brand is genuinely committed to removing animal testing from its supply chain.
We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited. WHAT IS THE % NATURALLY DERIVED INGREDIENTS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our gentle formulations contain mostly naturally derived ingredients, with minimal non-natural ingredients, to ensure that our products function effectively, remain stable and are safe.
The percentage of naturally derived ingredients in Tiiglu® products, calculated according to the ISO 16128 standard:
• Body Crème: 98%
• Lip & Cheek Tint: 98%
• Conditioner: 97%
• Shampoo: 95%
• Body wash: 95%
• Styling gel: 93%
IS YOUR PLASTIC PACKAGING RECYCLED AND RECYCLABLE?
Our plastic bottles (excluding labels) are made of 100% recycled Prevented Ocean Plastic™ and our plastic bottle closures contain a minimum of 30% Prevented Ocean Plastic™. Bottles and closures are recyclable.
The Prevented Ocean Plastic™ programme aims to prevent plastic entering the oceans by collecting it before it reaches the ocean. This is achieved by working with bottle collectors within the informal economy and recyclers to give ocean-bound plastic waste a value. Bottle collectors gather ocean-bound plastic waste and deposit it at a Prevented Ocean Plastic™ collection centre to support the circular economy. Our plastic jars (excluding labels and closures) are made from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, which is also recyclable. Post-consumer recycled plastic is created from items discarded by consumers, such as plastic bottles and containers, which are then recycled to produce new plastic material that can be transformed into finished products like our PCR jars. Using PCR plastic decreases the demand for virgin plastic production, which helps lower energy consumption.
IS YOUR METAL PACKAGING RECYCLED AND RECYCLABLE?
Our metal containers and lids (excluding labels) contain approx. 25% Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) material and are also recyclable.
Why aren’t these metal containers made from 100% recycled material? Although metal packaging boasts one of the highest recycling rates, there isn't enough scrap metal available to meet global demand. Metal packaging can be recycled indefinitely without loss in quality. Recycling metal saves significant energy compared to producing metal from raw materials, which enhances the value of scrap metal. Recycling is therefore essential to meet the demand for metal packaging.
IS YOUR PAPER AND CARDBOARD PACKAGING RECYCLED AND RECYCLABLE?
Our shredded paper fillers are both recycled and recyclable. Our cardboard boxes and mailers are recyclable. The tissue paper in our gift boxes is acid-
and chlorine free and recyclable.

Standard UK delivery (Tracked 48): £3.95 - 3-5 working days Mon. to Fri. or
Express UK delivery (Tracked 24): £5.95 - 1-2 working days Mon. to Fri. (order before 1pm).
Unfortunately we are not shipping internationally at this stage.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

Should you fail to return the goods or returning goods without prior arrangement with us, we will not be in a position to process a refund or replacement.
You received the order, but you have changed your mind
Please contact us at hello@tiiglu.com, within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with return instructions. Please include your order number and a reason for the return. Returned goods need to reach us within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the return.
You received the order, but it is the wrong items or the products are damaged or defective
Please contact us at hello@tiiglu.com as soon as you become aware that you have received the wrong item or the products are damaged/defective and we will provide you with return instructions.
Please ensure you notify us and return the goods within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description and picture of the incorrect item or damaged/defective goods.
